Campaign Reports

Use Campaign Reports to gauge the success of a Campaign, track User activity in relation to the Campaign and identify deliverability issues.

Campaign Reports also details any Auto-cleansing the application has performed on your Users.

Accessing Campaign Reports

Campaign reports are available as soon as delivery starts and stats are updated automatically in near real-time.

  1. Click "Campaigns" in the sidebar then click on the Campaign you'd like to review.
  2. Key Campaign metrics are displayed on the first page, subsequent pages give more detail.
  3. Key Campaign metrics are automatically updated every minute, in-depth analysis occurs periodically.

Performance Indicators

The Delivered, Opened and Clicked metrics are usually the best indicators of how well a Campaign has performed. Delivered shows how many emails were successfully delivered (indicating any deliverability issues), while Opened and Clicked indicate the level of User interaction with the email.

After sending a minimum of 6 Campaigns, average comparisons become available; measuring a variety of Campaign metrics against the average.

Monitoring Deliverability

Campaign Reports provide you with a number of ways to check Users are receiving your emails, and identify issues for those who aren't:

  1. Look at the "Metrics" panel on the "Overview" page.
  2. The Delivered metric shows how many emails were successfully delivered. If this figure is low, it's worth checking the Processing metric; which shows the number of emails the application is still attempting to send.
  3. The Hard and Soft Bounce indicate the number of messages that could not be delivered. Detail on each individual email that was rejected can be found by downloading the Hard or Soft Bounce reports.
  4. Feedback Loop Complaints indicate how many Users are marking your email as Spam - these Users are automatically opted out of any future communications.
  5. For greater detail, view the "Deliverability" page (use the link in the sidebar) to see a breakdown of the various types of bounces that have occurred:
    • View the "Hard Bounces - by Classification" and "Soft Bounces - by Classification" panels to see why your email isn't getting delivered
    • View the "Hard Bounces - by Domain" and "Soft Bounces - by Domain" panels to check if you are having issues sending to a particular domain (an ISP may block you for Spam reasons)
    • Download full reports using the "Download" link the top right of each panel.

In instances where an incorrect link has been placed in an Email Template and sent as a Campaign, its possible to change the link's destination using the Live Links Editor:

  1. Looking at the report of the Campaign you'd like to amend, go to the "Tracking" page using the sidebar.
  2. Within the Click Map panel, find the link you'd like to amend and hover over the total clicks figure.
  3. At the bottom of the panel click the (   ) icon.
  4. Edit the URL, then click "Save Changes" at bottom of the panel.
  5. Users clicking the link will now be rerouted to the new destination.
