Developers Zone
The Developers Zone provides detailed reporting for API requests and responses and is useful for setting up integration projects and investigating communication issues.
Developers Zone Access
To access the Developers Zone simply click on the item in the sidebar.
Session Recording
API requests and responses aren't recorded by default but it's easy to switch logging on for a timed period from within the Developers Zone.
From within the Developers Zone click the "Start Recording" button in the top right and then set the options required for the session. The options are there to filter out noise so you can easily identify issues e.g. there's an option to record only failed requests.
Session recording will timeout automatically but you can end sessions manually by clicking the button in the top right.
Log Review
To ensure the available information is useful and manageable, recorded sessions are removed automatically after 7 days.
During any 7 day period there is no limit to the amount of information that will be recorded but it is advisable to use the session options to filter out frequent requests and responses.
