Global Suppression

Global Suppression refers to stopping all further email regardless of any List preferences.

Users can be added to Global Suppression using any of these methods:

• Manually in the User details screen
• File import using the Global Suppression feature on the Lists tab
• API
• Clicking opt-out (Where the Email Profile is set to use Global Suppression)

Email addresses can be automatically added to Global Suppression through:

• Feedback Loop Complaints
• Auto-cleansing

The source of Global Suppression is tracked so if you need to export only complaints, for example, then this can be achieved using the "Type" option when exporting from the Global Suppression List screen.

To access the Global Suppression List:

1. Click "Lists & Users" in the sidebar
2. Click on the Global Suppression feature panel
