Yahoo! CFL

Yahoo Mail offers a free Complaint Feedback Loop (CFL) program to help email senders minimise complaint rates.

If you participate, Yahoo Mail forwards complaints from Users about the emails you send.

Users that complain are automatically added to the Global Suppression List and will receive not further emails from you.

When setting up a new sending domain, it is recommended that you first create the Email Profile with your new From Email Address and use the System Monitor to verify the DNS records are correct.

Common Questions

When do I need to register a Yahoo! Feedback Loop?

You will need to register a Feedback Loop for every Sending Domain you use.

Feedback Loops can only be registered for domains that have their DNS settings configured correctly (see DKIM and SPF).

Do I need a Yahoo! account to register a Feedback Loop?

No, previously Yahoo! required an account to set up CFLs but they have since relaxed this requirement.
