You and your clients log in securely at the same URL but your view is different and offers the ability to do things like setting up and managing accounts. Here's a link to a short video that explains more.
Within the app there's a set of solution level reports which includes an activity log broken down by client. The report can be filtered by calendar month or a specific date range, it's downloadable as a CSV file and can be accessed via the API.

You don’t need to pre-purchase ‘credits’ or anything like that because we invoice monthly in arrears on 30 day terms. Service charges are calculated from the previous months total activity within your Instiller solution.
As the reseller, you become the first line of support and if as part of that process you need help from us then you can send an email to our help desk at any time. Official support hours are 9am to 530pm but there's a good chance we will respond outside of those hours as well.
We'll never contact your clients and if they come to us direct then we'll refer them back to you. We only work with agencies so you can always be confident that we're not competing to win the same business.
