Lists & Users

Lists help to organise your Users into groups, making it easier to identify who you want to send to when creating Email Campaigns.

Create an unlimited number of Lists and add Users to as many that are relevant to them e.g. I want to know about Football and Cricket but not about Golf.

List-level opt-outs are stored permanently so you don't need to worry about re-importing Users that have previously unsubscribed.

  • Users are stored uniquely based on email address.
  • Duplicate records are ignored when importing.
  • A User Profile has Standard Data Fields including first name, last name etc.
  • Each User has 30 Custom Fields that can be renamed.
  • Arrays of data can be stored in Custom Fields.
  • FBL complaints and auto-cleansed records are added automatically to the Global Suppression List.
  • There's a System List for Seed Users - Seed Users never get opted-out regardless of what they click on.
  • The Test Users List makes it quick & easy to send Inbox Tests.

Creating Lists

  1. Click on "Lists & Users" in the sidebar then click the "New List" button in the top right.
  2. In the "Details" panel, fill in the "Description" field.
  3. Using the "Import Users" panel, select a CSV file to be imported.
  4. Click "Upload File & Save Changes".
