Adrian Toal
Co-Founder & Managing Director
Once a developer, Adi co-founded Instiller with Dave and together they built the early versions of the solution. Now responsible for working with our agencies to keep them happy and to make sure Instiller does exactly what it says it can.
Dave Holmes
Co-Founder & Technical Director
Dave masterminds the technical side of Instiller using all of his years of knowledge and experience in managing data centres and software development projects. Dave’s idea of relaxing is a spot of downhill mountain biking in the Welsh valleys.
Fran Toal
Sales Director
As well as being a complete fitness freak and a very busy Mum, Fran puts her 15 years of business development experience into making sure that Instiller continues to impress as we win business and welcome new agencies on board.
Ryan Doherty
Web Developer
Web development and technology is what gets Ryan going. When he’s not coding you’ll more than likely find him in front of a 50″ screen honing his Call of Duty skills or in the Alps skidding down a snow covered slope on a board.
Jake Paine
Web Developer
Being based in Back End Development, Jake works on the ‘logic’ of Instiller. Away from the screen he can be found playing in his band, supporting Coventry Blaze at their home games and casually following the NHL.
Steve Painter
Front End Developer
Focusing on Front End Development and UI, Steve is continually improving our users experience of Instiller. Away from the screen he enjoys tinkering with old cars and playing the guitar.
Jerome Douglas
Front End Developer
With a passion for Front End Development, Jerome works to improve our users experience of Instiller. When not in front of a screen he can be found in the garden or in front of the TV watching sports.
